Privacy policy
This policy explains the information Adept uses to provide its AI marketing workspace and how that information is protected and deleted.
Information Adept uses
Account details, verified email, workspace membership, brand information, content, connected-channel details, usage records and support communications. Payment cards are handled by Paystack; Adept stores payment references and status, not full card numbers.
Why it is used
To authenticate users, operate the marketing workspace, deliver requested AI and publishing functions, prevent abuse, verify payments, provide support and improve reliability.
Service providers
Adept uses Google for optional sign-in, Brevo for transactional email, Paystack for payments and Cloudflare R2 for private media storage. AI or social providers receive information only when a workspace deliberately uses or connects those services.
Mandatory media retention
Generated and uploaded images, flyers and audio are permanently deleted after 30 days. Associated media references and conversation messages older than 30 days are also removed. Download files you need before expiry.
Records retained longer
Payment, subscription, credit-ledger, fraud-prevention and security/audit records are retained when needed for accounting, disputes, legal compliance and system integrity.
Security
Production traffic uses HTTPS. Application services and PostgreSQL listen only on the server loopback interface, private media uses signed access, and provider credentials are protected from browser exposure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data. Some financial, security or legal records cannot be erased immediately. Disconnecting a provider stops future use of that connection.
Analytics
Adept may use privacy-focused aggregate web analytics to understand page visits, referring sources, countries and device categories. It does not sell personal information.
