Terms of service
By creating or using an Adept account, you agree to these terms. If you use Adept for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
The service
Adept is an AI-assisted marketing workspace for planning, creating, approving, publishing and measuring content. Provider and social-network availability may change, and a displayed draft is not proof that a third-party platform published it.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate information, protect login credentials and use only workspaces you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and connected channels.
Trial and subscriptions
A verified new workspace may receive a 24-hour trial. Paid access is ₦1,000 for 24 hours, ₦3,500 weekly or ₦9,900 monthly. Weekly and monthly Paystack plans recur until cancelled. Contact support before the next billing date to request cancellation of future renewals.
Payments and disputes
Paystack processes customer payments. Adept activates access only after server-to-server verification. If a payment appears incorrect, contact support with the provider receipt or reference; do not send full card details.
AI and human review
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review facts, claims, prices, rights, consent and regulatory requirements before approval or publication. Adept does not guarantee marketing results.
Responsible use
Do not use Adept for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful discrimination, malware, intellectual-property infringement, unsolicited bulk messaging or content prohibited by connected providers or applicable law.
Media expiry
Generated and uploaded media is permanently deleted after 30 days. Download anything you need to retain. Payment, accounting and security records follow separate retention requirements.
Service changes
Features, quotas and introductory prices may change prospectively. Material changes will be communicated through the service or contact channels where practical.
Availability and liability
Adept is provided on a commercially reasonable basis without a promise of uninterrupted third-party availability. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss and the amount paid for the affected service period.
Ending use
You may stop using Adept and request eligible account deletion. Adept may restrict accounts involved in abuse, security threats, unpaid charges or legal violations.
Questions or cancellation
Email trilogic55@gmail.com or use the published contact numbers. Include your account email and payment reference, but never send a full card number, password or one-time code.
